Autumn set menu

Warm croissant with lightly salted salmon tartare, poached egg and parmesan, Stracciatella cheese with prosciutto ham, arugula and melon, Coconut risotto with eel, shrimps and unagi sauce, and for dessert – cottage cheese pancakes with dark chocolate, spicy cherries and vanilla sauce.

The hotel's chef Alexander Tinyakov knows how to pamper your eyes and taste buds: skillfully juggling flavoures, textures, colors and even serving temperatures, he will surely achieve your approving smile.
